Description: Ten Flowers and four buds on fourteen inflorescences; flower base color cream; sepals finely blotched red purple, increasing in density on diverging tips of partially fused lateral sepals; petals with large black purple blotches proximally, slight yellow suffusion apically, fine red purple spots on tips; lip tri-lobed, mid lobe finely spotted red purple, side lobes yellow, one fine orange dot medially, one large red purple blotch under column attachment; column cream green giving an illusion of a face; substance firm, texture crystalline

Maxillaria reichenheimiana award 20102996, has been confirmed to be Maxillaria pseudoreichenheimiana by SITF (Jan 2011) with assistance by Mario Blanco and Franco Pupulin.
